This role is responsible for various administrative support functions and customer service within an assigned patient care area to ensure organized and efficient delivery of care. Key duties include facilitating communication between medical staff and patients, processing admissions/discharges, and acting as a liaison with internal and external departments.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least one year of medical clerical experience, preferably in a hospital or physician's office, or prior customer service experience. Candidates must possess excellent organizational, communication skills, working knowledge of medical terminology, and computer literacy.
