The therapist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating psychological disorders, teaching communication skills, and helping patients address dysfunctional behaviors and navigate crises. Key duties include performing intake assessments, providing various forms of therapy, creating individualized treatment plans, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or a similar field, along with a current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license. Previous experience as a mental health therapist is preferred, and Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification are required.
