The Licensed Nurse is responsible for delivering and coordinating patient care utilizing the nursing process to ensure positive clinical outcomes and maintain compliance. This role also involves supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Qualified Medication Aides (QMAs).
Candidates must be a Licensed Nurse in the State of Massachusetts and possess strong organizational skills, exceptional critical thinking abilities, and a high level of professionalism regarding HIPAA compliance. Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility is preferred, along with compassion for older adults.

Sign on Bonus: Full-time $8,000; Part-time $4,000
