The Wound Care Nurse is responsible for delivering specialized wound care to residents, focusing on assessment, developing treatment plans, and managing wounds to encourage healing and avoid complications. This role requires prior wound care experience to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and optimal resident outcomes.
Candidates must possess a valid RN or LPN License in the State of Indiana and hold a BLS/CPR Certification. Previous experience in wound care is essential, and having a Wound Care Certificate is preferred.
