As a member of a multidisciplinary team, the Specialist Radiographer will facilitate client screening mammography, diagnostic, and further assessment imaging at BreastScreen Tasmania locations. The role also involves taking a leading role in supervising less experienced staff while maintaining professional standards aligned with the BreastScreen Australia Program.
Applicants must be registered with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia and qualified as Diagnostic Radiographers or Mammographers. A Certificate of Clinical Proficiency in Mammography is highly regarded, and breast ultrasound skills are considered favourably.

Applications are invited from qualified Diagnostic Radiographers/Mammographers interested in being considered for fixed-term full time, part time or casual Specialist Radiographer duties with BreastScreen Tasmania.
Successful applicants will be offered appointments up to 12 months, with hours subject to clinical needs and availability, in one or more BreastScreen Tasmania locations.

As a member of a multidisciplinary team you will facilitate client screening mammography, diagnostic and further assessment imaging as required at BreastScreen Tasmania's Screening Unit site locations.
You will have the opportunity to take a leading role in the supervision of less experienced staff. You will be required to perform duties in line with the BreastScreen Australia Program, ensuring that professional standards are maintained.
A certificate of Clinical Proficiency in Mammography (CCPM) will be highly regarded but not essential and breast ultrasound skills will be considered favourably.
This Register will remain open to applicants until 30 June 2026 and will be reviewed on a regular basis.
