Caregivers will also offer companionship, emotional support, and aid with mobility and safe transfers while monitoring and reporting any changes in the client's condition.
Candidates must possess previous caregiving experience, whether professional or family-based, and must be CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, a clear TB test within the past year, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening are also mandatory.
