Vertical Health Services is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to join our in-house therapy team in Raytown, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with 16 rehab facilities across Missouri - offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and supportive local leadership.

  • What You'll Do
  • Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload - including speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care patients
  • Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
  • Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
  • Use current equipment and modalities

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Missouri (or eligibility)
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program and hold an active Speech Therapist license in Missouri or be eligible for one.
