Vertical Health Services is hiring Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our in-house therapy team in Raytown, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with 16 rehab facilities across Missouri - offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and supportive local leadership.

  • What You'll Do
  • Assist in delivering treatment plans across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care
  • Work under the direction of the supervising Occupational Therapist to support patients' functional independence
  • Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
  • Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
