The Medical Assistant will facilitate communication between the patient and provider by collecting information, preparing patients for visits by taking vitals and setting up procedures, and accurately documenting all data in the EMR. Responsibilities also include maintaining exam room standards, managing provider desktops, and ensuring patients receive necessary education.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant training program or possess a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, with prior Medical Assistant experience being preferred. Essential requirements include being bilingual in Spanish and being willing to travel between the Wellington, Jupiter, and Port St. Lucie clinic locations.
