Caregivers provide daily routine care such as bathing, dressing, feeding, cleaning rooms, making beds, answering calls, and conversing with clients to provide assurance. They also offer transportation, handle laundry, perform light housekeeping, give medication reminders, and manage meal preparation and cleanup.
Applicants must have a minimum of two years of experience caregiving, excellent communication skills, and personal care experience with seniors, along with a genuine desire to work with older adults. Required knowledge and skills include having a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 25 lbs.

From basic companion care (which includes, but is not limited to light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal preparation, etc.) to more integral personal care (which includes, but is not limited to incontinence care, transferring, dressing and bathing, etc.), our Caregivers provide a wide range of services. They also may work a variety of shifts, from 1-24 hours , over weekends, at night, in the morning, etc.

The main function of the caregivers is to provide care for clients in a safe, secure, professional environment which meets their needs. Caregivers help assist with the activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, continence care, meal preparation, medication reminders, keeping the home safe and clean, as well as the overall supervision of the clients’ physical and mental well being.
We combine professional care management, training and counseling to deliver superior services to older adults, their families, and the professionals involved in their care.
