The Medication Technician is responsible for the safe administration of medications under nurse supervision and monitoring residents' vital signs. They must also assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and report any changes in residents' conditions.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have completed required medication training. Essential qualifications include strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work varied shifts.
