JOB OVERVIEW Always Best Care Senior Services is a well-established provider in the community for over 10 years, now expanding our services to include Medicare-certified home health care. We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing home health therapy team.
This position will begin as Per Diem, with the opportunity to transition to Full-Time as patient census grows.
PAY RANGE $45 – $55 per hour (Per Diem), depending on location and days worked.
& GROWTH Per Diem role with strong opportunity to transition to Full-Time. Full-Time benefits may include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement options.
Candidates must be graduates of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and hold an active PTA license in California. A minimum of two years of PTA experience, including specific home health experience, is required, along with CPR certification and reliable transportation.
