Clinicians will lead person-centered treatment planning within multidisciplinary teams supporting adults (age 18+) in a community-based behavioral health program. Responsibilities include providing direct clinical interventions, facilitating comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and modeling best practices for the team.
Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in a related field and be a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, Licensed Rehab Counselor, Physician, RN, Registered OT, or Psychologist). Three to five years of experience in a mental health treatment program is required, with experience working with individuals with psychiatric and/or substance use histories being preferred.
