The Medical Assistant will be responsible for fulfilling patient care duties such as organizing patient flow, preparing rooms, documenting history, performing screenings, and assisting physicians with exams and procedures. Additionally, they will support administrative tasks like answering phones, scheduling, managing records, and handling prior authorizations.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, though graduation from a recognized Medical Assistant program is preferred. Candidates must have experience with electronic medical records and possess strong customer service skills, with experience in a surgical office being strongly preferred.

*Required to float to other GFP offices/locations based on business need.
