Frederick Health Medical Group (FHMG), a highly respected 160+ provider, multi-specialty medical group, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team in a Full-Time role. In this traditional primary care role, you will be responsible for building or managing your own patient panel while focusing on excellent care, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

Pay is based on experience, skills and education. The pay range may also vary based on specialty if applicable. Salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree (for NP) or graduation from an accredited PA program, along with an active Maryland license, DEA, and CDS licenses, and BLS certification. Prior experience in adult primary care is preferred, alongside strong clinical judgment and proficiency with EMR systems.
