The Physical Therapist will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized plans of care to promote optimum function and safety, and provide skilled physical therapy treatments. This role also involves coordinating care with the clinical team, documenting all provided care and outcomes, and adhering to hospital policies and professional guidelines.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree from an APTA-accredited program or equivalent certification, along with current licensure in the state of Ohio and current CPR certification. A minimum of two years of clinical experience with a varied patient population is required, along with the ability to maintain professional development and possess a valid Ohio driver's license.
