The role involves providing in-home care, focusing on togetherness tasks and daily routines to help clients remain independent at home. Responsibilities include assistance with personal care, meal preparation, shopping, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and offering companionship.
Candidates must be caring, eager, and empathetic individuals who enjoy spending time with the elderly and sharing in their stories. Applicants are required to have previous caregiving experience, a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, a reliable vehicle, and must pass an extensive background check and drug screening.
