The Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective nursing care delivery, aiming for positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction according to established standards and regulations. This role involves directing nursing care during shifts, including staff assignments, mentoring, education, and collaboration with medical professionals.
Candidates must be graduates of an approved Registered Nurse program and hold a current state license to practice, along with current BLS/CPR certification. A minimum of two years of nursing experience within a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.

Responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. Operates within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. Responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift; includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, working with physicians and other medical professionals.
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, and PRN
Shifts Available: Days 7am-7pm and Nights 7pm-7am
$10,000 Bonus available for full-time employees paid out quarterly after initial 90 days.
