The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for delivering daily assistance to residents, including personal care needs, preparation for activities, and routine activities according to regulations. This role involves providing basic nursing care and performing procedures under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor.
Candidates must possess a valid state certification as a CNA and demonstrate excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills. A high level of integrity, a grounded work ethic, agility, and a team-oriented approach are also required for this position.
