The Wellness Nurse assists the Resident Care Director in managing, directing, and developing a comprehensive care program for all residents of the community. This role also involves assisting with the training and management of CNAs and serving as a liaison with family members, community agencies, physicians, and care providers.
Candidates must possess a valid Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license, along with a minimum of one year of experience working with elderly or Alzheimer's populations. Essential requirements include the physical ability to stand, sit, bend, and transfer residents, alongside effective communication skills.
Rates start at $38 per hour; weekend differential of $2 for all shifts
