The Occupational Therapist will independently evaluate patients, determine treatment strategies, and deliver or delegate services to remediate or prevent impairment in activities of daily living, leisure, and productivity. This involves addressing dysfunctions in psychosocial skills, cognition, and sensorimotor components to maximize function and promote safety.
Candidates must possess current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist and obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross, with online certification being unacceptable. Desired qualifications include inpatient rehabilitation experience.

Independently evaluates, determines the treatment strategies, delivers and/or delegates services that identify, prevent, remediate and rehabilitate acute or prolonged, skill or ability that has not yet is impaired in order to maximize function in the areas of activities of daily living, leisure/recreation, and productivity/work. Addresses dysfunction in psychosocial skills, cognition, and sensorimotor components. Interventions and procedures to promote or enhance safety and performance in activities of daily living (ADL), instrumental activities of daily living (IADL), education, work, play, leisure, and social participation.
Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
