The Family Physician provides comprehensive primary medical care services to individuals and families continuously, addressing health maintenance, common illnesses, injuries, and chronic diseases. Responsibilities include ordering diagnostic tests, administering treatments, promoting health through education, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.
Candidates must possess a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree, along with current State of Michigan Physician License, DEA License, and Controlled Substance License. Board certification is also required to perform the essential duties satisfactorily.

SUMMARY Under the direct supervision of the Chief Medical Officer and in collaboration with the CEO; provides comprehensive primary medical care services for individuals and families on a continuing basis regardless of age, race or sex.
