The Caregiver will assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, while also encouraging participation in community activities to foster social connections. Additionally, the role involves supportive tasks like meal preparation, light housekeeping, and providing medication reminders.
Previous caregiving experience, particularly with dementia patients, is beneficial but not required, as on-the-job training is provided for those willing to learn. Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, empathy, a positive attitude, and commit to compassionate care.
