Key responsibilities include the administration and supervision of insulin and other medications, managing medication supplies, obtaining and reporting vital signs, and assisting residents with personal care such as dressing, grooming, and showering. The role also involves reporting any concerns regarding resident health status.
Candidates must possess an active state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), current CPR/AED certification, and current First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it. Prior experience working with geriatric clients is preferred, and basic computer skills are required for the position.
