The Caregiver will assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, while also encouraging participation in community activities to foster social connections. Additionally, the role involves supportive tasks like meal preparation, light housekeeping, and providing medication reminders.
Previous caregiving experience, particularly with dementia patients, is beneficial, but not strictly required as on-the-job training is provided. Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, empathy, a positive attitude, and a commitment to compassionate care.
