The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering safe and therapeutic resident care from admission through discharge, utilizing the nursing process to restore and maintain maximum resident capabilities. Duties include providing basic bedside care, monitoring vital signs, administering treatments, and accurately recording all care information.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is accountable for the delivery of safe and therapeutic resident care from admission through discharge in collaboration with the physician, family and other members of the multi-disciplinary health care team.

This position demands good physical and mental health. The nurse aid will be required to lift, catty, walk, sit, push, pull and work a flexible schedule, must be able to move continuously during work hours and able to lift and/or carry 50 pounds.
