Trainees will learn to assist residents with essential daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating, while also observing and reporting any changes in resident condition. No prior healthcare experience is required for this paid training program, though a high school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must be at least 17 years old and demonstrate dependability and a willingness to learn, committing to the full training program and subsequent employment upon certification.
