Physician - Family Medicine (Primary Care)

Schedule & Call • Monday–Friday, 8

• 00 AM – 4:30
• PM (with occasional documentation time beyond 4:30)
• Rotating call for weeknights and weekends (shared among providers at each practice site)
• No inpatient responsibilities
