The primary responsibility is performing Mammography exams, which include both screening and diagnostic studies. The role may also involve conducting dexa and standard x-ray procedures.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology and possess at least one year of experience specifically in mammography. Required credentials include current Texas State registration and possession of ARRT certification in both radiology and mammography, along with current BLS certification from an approved AHA provider.
Performs Mammography exams including screening and diagnostic studies. May perform dexa and x-rays as well.
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology with at least 1 year experience in mammography.
Current Texas State registration
Possession of ARRT in radiology and mammography
Current BLS obtained through an approved American Heart Association provider.
