Deaconess Kentucky Specialty Clinic seeking a Pain Management Physician to join a growing, well-supported pain program in Hopkinsville, KY. Compensation & Benefits

• Year 1 guaranteed base salary: $550,000
• Sign-on bonus: $50,000 (forgivable loan over 5 years)

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
• Perform interventional pain procedures consistent with training
• Collaborate with APPs, primary care, and specialty providers
• Participate in quality initiatives and department goals
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Call Responsibilities

• Full-time, clinic-based schedule
