The Physical Therapist is responsible for conducting comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans using various manual and physical agent techniques, and continuously assessing treatment efficacy to maximize patient benefit. They must also accurately document all evaluations, treatments, and progress, manage patient discharge, and maintain a clean and organized treatment environment.

Candidates must possess a current State License as a Physical Therapist and are preferred to have 1-3 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting. Essential requirements include effective communication, logical decision-making, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to prioritize work independently while maintaining patient safety.
