NFI North Community Based Services has a full-time Clinical Case Manager position available in the Concord area with travel.

Responsibilities

include partnering with children and families, teaching parenting skills and development, case management, attending treatment meetings, providing transportation, updating court reports and monthly reports, connecting youth and families to community resources and enhancing permanent connections for youth. Clinical Case Managers participate in weekly staff meetings, provide on-call support and work as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team.

Must be willing to travel and applicants must have a BA in Social Work, Psychology or related field and experience working with youth and families.

Requirements

Applicants must possess a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field and have experience working with youth and families. Candidates must also be willing to travel and participate in on-call support duties.
