NFI North Community Based Services has a full-time Clinical Case Manager position available in the Concord area with travel.

Clinical Case Managers participate in weekly staff meetings, provide on-call support and work as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
Must be willing to travel and applicants must have a BA in Social Work, Psychology or related field and experience working with youth and families.
