What You Need

• A valid Florida CNA license or a Home Health Aide certificate from an approved FL training program (not just experience at another company)
• Driver’s license and car insurance
• CPR card
• Social Security card
• Health statement issued within the past 6 months showing you're “free of communicable diseases”
• 3
• CEUs:
