Job requirements

Rn/Lpn active license

Must have valid cpr bls card.

Must have a copy of a neg tb skin test results, chest xray or tbq gold quantifer on blood test results.

Must have level 2 background clearance.

Must be able to provide proof of car insurance.

Must speak english clearly.

Must have good driving record.

Must have reliable transportation.
