Candidates must possess a valid Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist license in Indiana, coupled with strong clinical skills and a dedication to home health care. Essential requirements include excellent communication, the ability to work independently in a home care setting, and possessing a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
