The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide essential daily care to residents, including assistance with grooming, bathing, and mobility, while ensuring their environment is maintained and supplies are stocked. This role also involves accurately documenting vital information and encouraging resident engagement through exercises and orientation.
Candidates must hold a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas and possess the ability to accurately record information and perform necessary technical procedures. A strong sense of care for the elderly and disabled, coupled with excellent communication and patience, is required to uphold patient rights and safety policies.
