The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide essential personal care, including assistance with grooming, bathing, and mobility support, while ensuring the resident environment is maintained and supplies are stocked. This role also involves accurately documenting vital information, repositioning residents for comfort, and encouraging engagement through exercises and orientation.
Candidates must hold a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas and possess the ability to accurately record information and perform necessary technical procedures. The ideal fit requires strong communication skills, self-discipline, patience, and a genuine commitment to caring for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
