The Surgical Technologist is responsible for establishing and maintaining a sterile field during surgical procedures. They assist the surgical team by preparing supplies, counting instruments, and ensuring the safety and privacy of patients.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and completion of a Scrub Technician Certification Program. Preferred qualifications include 1-2 years of multi-specialty operating room experience and BLS certification.
Anticipates the needs of the surgical team. Establishes and maintains sterile field during surgical procedures in the operating room.
