The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for delivering continuing and holistic healthcare services to individuals and families, encompassing preventative, chronic, and acute care. This includes performing diagnoses, treatment of illnesses, conducting health-risk assessments, screenings, immunizations, and providing health lifestyle counseling.
Candidates must possess a current Nurse Practitioner License in the State of Illinois and must be eligible for DEA registration, obtaining both the Illinois Controlled Substance License and DEA Registration within six months of hire. Current ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory, and being bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
The Nurse Practitioner provides continuing and holistic healthcare service to individuals and families.
