The Student Nurse Aide will provide direct personal care to residents, including grooming and bathing, and assist with ambulation and transfers under supervision. Responsibilities also include supporting nursing staff by completing non-nursing tasks like answering call lights and organizing supplies.
Candidates must possess written proof of completing 16 hours of ADL training from an authorized source and demonstrate strong communication, patience, and self-discipline. Adherence to safety policies, documentation protocols, and respect for patient rights are mandatory.
