The Nursing Aide assists residents with instrumental activities of daily living, medication, and treatments while promoting independence. Responsibilities also include escorting residents, assisting with meal service, and potentially helping plan and execute resident activities.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred for this role. Preferred qualifications include prior knowledge and experience in nursing, senior living, home health, or a similar field.
