The Study Start-Up Assistant performs routine administrative and clerical tasks such as file organization, preparing reports or correspondence, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Essential duties include managing communications, handling information requests, performing general clerical duties, and resolving administrative inquiries.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-1 year of related experience, along with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, is required, as is the ability to work independently and multi-task.

Under moderate supervision, the Administrative Assistant (Study Start Up) performs routine administrative and clerical tasks such as file organization, preparing reports or correspondense. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office and/or department.
1. Indoor, Office environment. 2. Essential physical requirements include sitting, typing, and standing. 3. Sedentary position, occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds 4. Reporting to work, as scheduled, is essential. 5. On-site work arrangement.
