Caregivers will assist clients with essential activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, while also providing companionship and emotional support. Responsibilities also include offering medication reminders, helping with light housekeeping and errands, and accurately documenting the care provided according to individualized plans.
The ideal candidate must possess a caring and compassionate attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively. Applicants must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and ideally a high school diploma or equivalent, although prior experience is valued but not mandatory as training is provided.
