The Registered Nurse will plan and deliver nursing care to residents according to all applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations to maintain the highest degree of quality care and dignity. As a nurse leader, the RN will guide and support LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal care for residents.
Candidates must possess a current and unencumbered Registered Nurse license for the state and hold an Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing. Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertinent to long-term care is required, and new graduates are welcomed.
