The role involves providing in-home care, allowing caregivers to focus on developing relationships with clients rather than rushing between multiple patients. The position offers a rewarding experience that provides a sense of accomplishment, joy, and gratification.
Candidates must have prior caregiver experience, completion of a Personal Care Aide (PCA) course, Nurse Aide Course, or a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license. Applicants are also required to possess a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance.
