The Medical Records Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the management and maintenance of patient and resident medical records, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and compliant with all regulations. This includes organizing and filing documents, assisting with data entry, and communicating with healthcare professionals to maintain information integrity.
Candidates must possess 0-2 years of experience in medical records along with a high school diploma or equivalent and knowledge of medical terminology. Strong organizational skills, the ability to follow procedures, and knowledge of nursing/medical practices are essential for this role.
