The role involves conducting clinical assessments, diagnosing within scope, and developing collaborative treatment plans, while providing individual, group, and family interventions using evidence-based practices. Responsibilities also include maintaining compliant documentation and actively contributing to team-based care supporting patient self-management goals.
Candidates must have a master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related human services field from an accredited institution. Required licensure includes LPA, LMFT, LCSW, LCAS, LPC, or LCMHC, or eligibility for licensure within 24 months of hire, along with current CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
