The primary responsibility is assisting the Physical Therapist with daily patient therapy treatments using certified skills, while also maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the department's supplies and equipment. This role also involves providing exceptional customer service and assisting with clinical business office tasks as requested.
Candidates must possess a Patient Care Technician certification or equivalent on-the-job training, with a minimum of six months of patient care experience or completion of PCYT or CAN programs. A high school diploma is required, a college education is preferred, and strong organizational and communication skills are necessary for accurate documentation and professional interaction.
