Field Nurses are responsible for completing assigned patient care duties according to the established plan of care and reevaluating it as necessary. This includes working scheduled shifts to perform duties and completing all required clinical nurse notes and skilled care services.
Candidates must hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Virginia Board of Nursing. Essential experience includes working in a home care agency, and applicants must be versatile and dependable.
