LPN - Cumberland County ,VA! - Mon-Fri 6a-6p & Sat/Sun 8a-6p

• Field Nurses are a critical part of the agency and must have experience working in the home health setting. We are looking for individuals that are versatile and dependable. Individuals must have the following:
• Must hold a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse from the Virginia Board of Nursing.
• Must have experience working in a home care agency.

Job Duties

• Complete patient care duties.
• Follow patient plan of care and reevaluate as necessary.
• Work scheduled shift to perform patient duties.
• Complete clinical nurse notes in their entirety.
• Complete skilled care services as applicable.
• Additional duties as assigned.
